Why Loughmore exists
Most small and medium businesses are not failing. They are busy, capable, and led by people who care. But at some point, the way the business operates stops keeping up with the ambition. Priorities are unclear. Teams are misaligned. AI is on the agenda but nobody has a structured path to get there. Planning days produce documents that collect dust. New software gets ignored. Things that were supposed to change did not. Loughmore was built to fix that. Not with another framework. With a structured, people-led engagement that starts with strategy, builds better ways of working, and then introduces AI on a solid foundation of how your business actually works.
About Us
Grant has spent three decades working across construction projects, design management, large government programs, and business coaching. He has been a delivery manager, a scrum master, a workshop facilitator, an agile coach, and a solutions engineer across dozens of environments. He started Loughmore after deciding he was done with corporate politics and ready to build something with the right clients, doing work that genuinely mattered. That range – construction, government, coaching, AI – is what makes Loughmore different from a typical consultancy. Grant has seen what works and what fails, in boardrooms, on job sites, and in small business offices. He brings that whole picture to every engagement, without the hierarchy that often comes with it. He will help you discover what is working, what is not, and what needs to change. Clarity is more respectful than comfort.
