Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us if you cannot find an answer to your question.

No. Each service can be purchased separately. The full engagement path moves through all four in sequence because each builds on the last, but individual services are available for businesses that are already clear on strategy and team alignment.

The starting point is a short scoping conversation to confirm the right entry point for your business.

Most start with the Discovery and Ways-of-Work Assessment because it creates the clarity and team alignment that everything else depends on. The standalone CEO Discovery Session is a lower-commitment starting point if you want to test the fit first.

Some businesses come to us specifically about AI. In those conversations, Grant will assess whether the strategic and ways-of-working foundations are already in place. If they are, AI Adoption is the right entry point. If they are not, we will say so and discuss the right starting place with you.

Service 1, the Discovery and Assessment, runs across four structured sessions over two to four weeks, depending on scheduling. Service 2, the Ways-of-Work Implementation, runs over 8 to 12 weeks per team. Service 3, AI Adoption, runs over 4 weeks to 4 months depending on the number and complexity of automations. Service 4, the Enablement Retainer, is ongoing with no lock-in beyond the initial 3-month term.

In-person delivery is preferred and produces better outcomes, particularly in the early stages of an engagement. Remote delivery is available and works well once the rhythm is established. Travel and accommodation for in-person delivery outside the Southeast Queensland region are added at cost.

Grant delivers every engagement personally. There are no account managers, no junior consultants, and no handoffs. The person you meet in the first conversation is the person who does the work throughout.

Because the sequencing is different. Most agile implementations fail because they are introduced before the business has clarity on its strategy and priorities. The team adopts a new way of working without understanding what they are working towards.

Loughmore starts with the strategy. The agile practice is introduced after the whole team, from the CEO down, has agreed on priorities and understands why things are changing. That shared ownership is what makes it stick.

Because the approach is different. Most technology implementations fail because the solution is built without addressing the human side of the change. Staff are presented with a new tool rather than being consulted and involved in designing it.

Loughmore's AI Adoption service starts with staff education and engagement before anything is built. The automations are designed around a real understanding of how the work flows. Staff understand and have contributed to the decisions before go-live. That is why the adoption rate is higher.

Office-based SMEs with 5 to 100 staff, led by an owner, CEO, or senior manager. The sweet spot is businesses with 10 to 50 staff, where the owner is involved in the business daily but wants to reduce their operational load and build a more capable team.

Yes. Remote delivery is available, anywhere. In-person delivery outside Southeast Queensland is available with travel costs added at cost. We have delivered services to organisations as far away as Dubai, UAE.

The honest answer is that the first conversation will tell you. If the fit is right, it is usually obvious. If it is not, Grant will say so and point you in a better direction.

The businesses Loughmore works best with are those led by people who genuinely care about how their team operates, are open to change, and want practical outcomes rather than polished presentations.

Before any automation is built, the time and effort currently required for each target process is documented. This baseline is the foundation for demonstrating the value of the work once automations are live. At four to six weeks after deployment, the before-and-after data is revisited and the measurable improvement is documented.

The AI Solution Handover Document captures this evidence alongside plain-language descriptions of each automation, user guides, and maintenance schedules.

The Enablement and Ongoing Support retainer is available, but not essential, after any engagement. It is designed to keep the gains working and continue improving over time. It is not a requirement, but some clients who have gone through the full engagement find that having a monthly check-in helps after an intensive consulting project.
